The Frederick County Republican Committee conducts its business under adopted bylaws and applicable rules of the Republican Party of Virginia. These governing documents explain committee membership, officer duties, meetings, elections, vacancies, proxies, and other procedures.

COMMITTEE GOVERNANCE

FCRC officers and members carry out the committee’s local responsibilities in Frederick County, Virginia. Committee actions, officer elections, meeting procedures, and membership requirements are governed by the current adopted bylaws.
